Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

We acknowledge and accept our role related to environmental, sustainability, and governance matters.  We view our role as changing over time and evolving as we assess our own ability to affect positive outcomes; however, we still always strive to live up to “best practices” and commit ourselves accordingly.

We are committed to developing the economic wealth of our stakeholders and improving our community.  This includes a time and financial commitment to organizations we believe can have a multiplier effect to a much larger extent than we could by ourselves.  It is not our intent to seek recognition or status for our charitable endeavors.

We believe in ongoing training initiatives that ultimately benefit YOU.  While we are required to complete 120 hours of training every three years, we often exceed these requirements so that we can provide you with knowledgeable and timely advice.  We believe in mentorship and the value it can create as part of our People strategy.  Currently, we seek to assist applicants that fall into three main areas of focus:

  • People new to the profession looking for beginning, general business and career advice. Our goal is to take these individuals from 0 to a 20 on a 100 point scale.
  • Experienced individuals looking for professional mentorship or coaching development. Our goal is to take these highly motivated individuals from 75 to a 90.
  • Highly motivated female or minority individuals that are by definition “doers”. We seek to add and facilitate skills and relationships that can remove stumbling blocks or hurdles impeding their success.
